1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between TGS Schiffer GmbH and its customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless TGS Schiffer GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

Our offers are subject to change. A contract is only concluded upon our written order confirmation or the commencement of work.

3. Scope of services

The scope of services is specified in the respective contract. Changes or additional services require written agreement. We reserve the right to make technical changes, provided these do not impair the contractually agreed purpose.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are net plus statutory sales tax. Invoices are payable immediately upon issuance without deduction. For larger projects, installment payments may be agreed upon.

5. Execution deadlines

The execution deadlines shall be agreed individually. Delays due to force majeure, weather conditions, or official requirements shall extend the deadlines accordingly.

6. Customer's obligations to cooperate

The customer must ensure that the construction site is accessible and that the necessary connections, such as water and electricity, are provided. Permits and official requirements must be obtained by the customer.

7. Acceptance

Upon completion of the work, a joint acceptance inspection shall take place. The acceptance shall be confirmed in writing.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty periods apply. Damage caused by improper care or interference by third parties is excluded from the warranty.

9. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Retention of title

Delivered materials remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Termination

Termination for good cause is possible at any time. In all other respects, the statutory provisions apply.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

13. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TGS Schiffer GmbH. German law applies.
